watching the recap of last year’s (or was it last century’s) episode of lost i was hit with a notion. and no, before you say anything i only had 2 beers. i realized that profound people, either real or fake, are driven by either greatness or madness. the most intriguing part of this realization is that neither party is far off from one another. okay, follow me here: both are driven by a vision of an outcome and are willing to risk everything to achieve it and both don’t care whom they have to sacrifice to get the desired result. some of the greatest visionaries ever are quite mad if you think about it. they are the writers, directors, physicists, scientists, c.e.o.s, doctors and inventors that have helped shape the landscape of our lives. the line between greatness and madness is very gray and very thin.

greatness vs madness
subtitle: an open letter to sylvester stallone.
stop. stop making films. stop remaking the great characters of the 80’s. stop ruining great franchises. i’m referring to your feeble attempts (in the past 2 years) to show that “you really can act”. ultimately you have nothing new to show us as an audience.
so a startling revelation occurred to me yesterday as i was on a plane out to philly for business: i’m unemployed. no really, i was actually taken off of payroll from my former employer and yet there i was traveling for business. i do more travel for business being unemployed than i did when i had a job.
the point this brings me to is that i’m out here in philly for a week and want to try some new things and see new shit. thankfully my hours won’t be so bad as my last one that i can’t even get to see the town. today i’m off to ‘cheesesteak heaven’ also referred to governmentally as the intersection of 9th and passyunk. the places are geno’s and pat’s. across the street from one another and duking it out everyday. my idea is to see which has the shorter line and go with the other, because if it’s worth it… it’s worth waiting for.

wow. given everything that has changed over the past few months why should it not stand to reason that i lost my website and my blog. even though i have all the files and everything, they are all gone. thank you doteasy technologies. now can you please refund my money? thanks.
those of you might have visited me over at the ultimate farce and now that the site is gone i’ve been relocated here. you’ll still get the same product reviews and random useless crap to fill your void of a life, just in a new place.
