back once again wed 10-03-07

after a short hiatus, due to moving and lack of internet access, i am now back detailing what exactly i put in my body. we prepare to begin the lemonade diet on monday morning. this should be weird. anywho, onto the food

  • bottles of water: IIII
  • stoneyfield farm fat free vanilla yogurt - 5oz
  • homemade granola with some wheat bran - 4oz
  • medium coffee with milk and sugar from dunkin donuts
  • various amounts of: beef satay, chicken potstickers, fried calamari, spicy peanut noodles, 1 bbq pork bao all from big bowl
  • 3 margaritas
  • 4 bottles of beer

  • a pink lady apple
  • a weight watchers blueberry muffin
  • 2 - healthy choice ham and turkey wrap with honey mustard mushrooms, red peppers, and lettuce greens
  • 10oz cup of dunkin donuts coffee with milk and sugar
  • a pretzel slim from trader joe’s
  • half bottle of voga white wine
  • a turbot fillet, sauteed and served with capers and lemon juice
  • a serving of green beans with butter salt and pepper
  • 4 pieces of garlic texas toast
  • slice of heirloom tomato with salt, pepper and basil
  • a single serving cup of ben and jerry’s cookie dough ice cream

  • roasted duck breast - honey miso glaze, some puree in an undercooked wonton and a ton of wilted baby spinach
  • martinis: III including tang, hawaii 5-0, and a sidecar
  • dessert: mini brownie sundae - banana ice cream, mascerated cranberries, toasted almonds, whipped cream (it was free)

  • 2 granny smith apples
  • dannon light & fit strawberry yogurt
  • 1 piece dry wheat toast
  • 4oz orange juice from concentrate
  • bottles of water: VI
  • 20oz dunkin donuts coffee with milk and sugar
  • 14oz dunkin donuts coffee with milk and sugar (forced to ‘get coffee’ with a superior, and i didn’t finish it all)
  • very veggie hoagie from o’brien’s terminal b1 at newark airport: onions, peppers, mushrooms and provolone cheese on a roll
  • side french fries with ketchup (my only other choice was cole slaw)
  • a stick of 5 wintergreen gum
  • subway 6″ sweet onion chicken teriyaki - lettuce, peppers, banana peppers on whole wheat
  • 2.2oz bag of herr’s kettle mesquite potato chips

  • philly cheesesteak deluxe from charley’s steaks (i feel like ass)
  • medium french fry with ketchup (felt like ass so i didn’t eat all of ‘em)
  • 22oz lipton sweetened iced tea
  • edamame
  • pre made sushi: tuna nigiri and tuna rolls with soy sauce
  • a bite from a whole grain peanut butter chocolate chip cookie
  • yuengling beer cans: IIII
  • mike and ike candies: 2oz pack (they’re my version of crack)

  • 1 nugget of low fat house granola

  • big bowl of life cereal, chocolate chips, almonds and dried cherries with skim milk
  • doppio espresso with a packet of sugar in the raw
  • chick-fil-a: 8 piece nuggets, small waffle fry and chargrilled chicken sandwich with buffalo and honey bbq sauce (first time eating chick-fil-a, i went nuts)
  • wawa mach energy drink - generic red bull
