    Spiral cut is the way they slice the meat. Instead of cutting it from top to bottom they cut around the bone in a circle. The slice of meat looks like a circle with the middle cut out [but sometimes it will be cut in half before giving it to you]. Hope that helps!

    hmmm…I tried to leave this comment already but I don’t know what happened.

    Spiral sliced ham is a type of slicing method that has been around for a little while I think. Instead of cutting the meat from top to bottom, they cut the meat in a circle. So the slice would look like a circle [with the middle missing where they bone would be]. It is normally sliced in half before they give it to you.

    It’s a great way to slice it. It preserves the meat and juices in the meat better.

    By they way, I’m happy your iPod still works!
